General Terms and Conditions
Traveling Times â to CĂșcuta, Norte de Santander
1. General Information
Traveling Times is a travel agency based in CĂșcuta, Norte de Santander, that acts as an intermediary between passengers and tourism service providers (transport companies, airlines, hotels, operators, and guides), ensuring the fulfillment of the services offered according to the agreed-upon conditions.
By booking or making a total or partial payment for any tour package, the passenger declares to have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Reservations and Payments â Land/Ground Tour Packages
Land/Ground tour packages can be reserved with a minimum advance payment of $100,000 COP (Colombian Pesos) per passenger.
The total value of the package must be paid before the travel date, as indicated by the agency.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice and/or to an increase in VAT (19%), according to National Government provisions.
3. Cancellations and Penalties â Land/Ground Tour Packages
Cancellation 10 days or more in advance: trip rescheduling may be carried out, subject to availability.
Cancellation between 6 and 9 days before the trip: a penalty equivalent to the cost of transportation will be applied.
Cancellation 3 days or less before the trip: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the package will be applied.
No cash refunds are issued; reschedulings will be subject to the policies of each provider.
4. Reservations and Payments â Air Tour Packages
Air tour packages can be reserved with 50% of the total value of the package.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days (1 month) prior to the travel date.
All air and hotel rates are subject to change and availability until the moment the tickets are issued.
Once tickets have been issued, the values and conditions become fixed according to the airline's policies, without the possibility of modification by the agency.
5. Changes and Refunds â Air Tour Packages
Once the total or partial payment for the package has been made, Traveling Times will verify whether the package allows for name or date changes, according to the providers' policies.
No refunds are issued, as airlines and hotels do not allow returns once services have been issued or confirmed.
In case of cancellation by the passenger, corresponding penalties will be applied according to the policies of each provider (airline, hotel, operator, etc.).
6. Agency Responsibility
Traveling Times acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for delays, losses, accidents, weather conditions, or force majeure situations that may affect the normal development of the trip.
The services included in the package will be only those specified in the quotation. Any additional service will be borne by the passenger.
In cases of force majeure or external causes, the agency may modify the itinerary or the service providers, guaranteeing similar or equivalent alternatives.
7. Documentation and Compliance
The passenger is responsible for carrying the required documentation (identity card, passport, minor exit permits, vaccination certificates, etc.).
Punctuality is requested for the established departure times.
Failure to present (No Show) will be considered a cancellation of the trip, with no right to refund or rescheduling.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By making a total or partial payment for any tour package (land or air), the passenger declares to have read, understood, and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Traveling Times.
